Wait, a long time (hit invalid keys), until they offer you an option to speak to a live service rep. I think your best bet is to start a phone activation, when you call in, don't reply to the initial prompts. They can look into the activation system to help you clear up this problem. So, unfortunately I'll suggest you contact MS Support. We on this forum do not have access to the activation system so we can't provide direct help.
